Learn about why and how Verizon Wireless created the Sales Leadership academy to engage, enable, and empower retail sales leaders at all levels. The Academy is a 4-day face-to-face experience that uses a leaders as teachers model. The Academy leverages Verizon’s general leadership development curriculum and applies it to very hands-on, immersive learning experiences within mock retail stores and mock inventory rooms so that its relevant and immediately applicable. The Verizon team will also share how the design framework for The Academy was applied successfully to a large group of call center leaders and is being applied to a large group of IT/Technology leaders.
